• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or negligence
• Damage caused by accidents or external factors

Proof of purchase is mandatory for all warranty claims.

2. Exchange Policy

• No exchanges are allowed for any products.
• Customers are requested to verify compatibility and specifications before placing an order.

3. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

• The wrong product was supplied by us (incorrect SKU, model, or specification)

Returns are not accepted if:

• The customer ordered the wrong item
• The product has been installed, used, or test-fitted
• Original packaging, labels, or accessories are missing or damaged
• The product is damaged due to customer handling

4. Return Request Timeline

• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide clear photos or videos to info@kajuadventures.com for verification.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only if a replacement of the same item is not available.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed according to bank processing times.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Shipping & Handling

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• If the return is due to a shipping error on our part, return shipping will be arranged by us.

7. Order Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility before placing an order.
• While our team may assist with guidance, final order confirmation remains the customer’s responsibility.
